Last week, part of our chair team attended the EAWOP (European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology) congress in Prague.

Julia Schmidbauer, Sara Bergmann and Lukas Retzer presented a total of three research papers from our department:

  • Julia Schmidbauer: “Staying in a stressful job? The role of job embeddedness for truck drivers’ well-being and turnover intentions”
  • Sara Bergmann: “Challenge or threat: Do men and women differ in their technology perception in the work context?”
  • Lukas Retzer: “What makes human-robot interaction effective? A diary study of people working with industrial robots”

Many thanks for the creative exchange and the many new impressions from current research in work and organizational psychology!
