What a success! – EAWOP in Prague 2025
Last week, part of our chair team attended the EAWOP (European Association of Work and Organizational Psychology) congress in Prague.
Julia Schmidbauer, Sara Bergmann and Lukas Retzer presented a total of three research papers from our department:
- Julia Schmidbauer: “Staying in a stressful job? The role of job embeddedness for truck drivers’ well-being and turnover intentions”
- Sara Bergmann: “Challenge or threat: Do men and women differ in their technology perception in the work context?”
- Lukas Retzer: “What makes human-robot interaction effective? A diary study of people working with industrial robots”
Many thanks for the creative exchange and the many new impressions from current research in work and organizational psychology!
