MoLa – Increasing motivation for skilled and unskilled warehouse workers
Industrial employees in logistics warehouses are confronted with high demands in their day-to-day work. Increasing demands in terms of quality and costs, high flexibility requirements, increasingly shorter processing times for orders and high physical demands are just a few examples of this.
In the “MoLa” research project, we therefore asked ourselves how work in logistics can be designed to promote motivation and health.
