As part of the German-Israel Minerva-Gentner Symposium 2025 at the Leibniz Institute for Resilience Research in Mainz, Prof. Dr. Cornelia Niessen and Sara Bergmann had the opportunity to exchange views with Israeli and German scientists on key issues relating to research into the impact of AI-based technologies on employees and organizational relationships. The interdisciplinary dialog opened up new perspectives, exciting discussions and laid the foundation for possible research collaborations.

Many thanks to the Minerva Foundation for sponsoring this valuable format and supporting the German-Israeli scientific exchange.

We would also like to thank Prof. Dr. Hadar Nesher Shoshan, Dr. Ella Glikson, Prof. Dr. Thomas Rigotti and Dr. Lior Zalmanson for organizing this extraordinary event!
